Okanagan Landing is a lovely, large area of Vernon with a variety of different real estate options.  The area was annexed into the City of Vernon in 1993, and since then, servicing has slowly been extended down the major routes.  


The area includes 3 public beaches as well as various smaller public lake accesses.  It's a great area for boaters and beach-goers, with public access to Kin Beach, Paddlewheel Park and Ellison Provincial Park.  In addition, the Vernon Yacht Club and the Outboard Pub and Marina are also located on the lakefront.  Okanagan Landing is the most popular area of the North Okanagan for seasonal recreational property, with developments such as The Strand, The Seasons and The Outback. The small Vernon Airport is located near the head of Okanagan Lake.
